We take great care in packaging and shipping high-end audio equipment so it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS Ground for reliability and careful handling of high-value items.
Depending on your location and order size, we may also use UPS 2-Day, USPS Priority, or a freight carrier for larger components or systems.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered on select items or orders above a certain amount — this will be clearly stated on the product page.
4. Local Pickup (By Appointment)
If you are local to New Jersey or the Jersey Shore area, you are welcome to pick up your order in personfrom our showroom.
To arrange a pickup:

Once your order is ready, we’ll email you pickup details and directions.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We carefully inspect and package all items before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [info@fidelityfarmhifi.com] with photos of the packaging and product so we can file a claim with the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. International Shipping
At this time, Fidelity Farm Hi-Fi ships within the United States only.
If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us directly to discuss special arrangements.
